Kristal was born in the mid 1960's and on what she lovingly refers to as " the energetic wave of love" that was spreading across the planet. That said she is quick to note that it is the same love bathing the planet now and she is certain her ability to step out of the spiritual closet and be of service, is related to this change in energy.

Highly sensitive to her world, it is her own struggle to be healthy, functioning and effective that has taken her on this journey from the child who found sanctity and communion in the forests and with the animals to the intuitve and grateful woman who stands before you today desiring to share her blessings and assist the natural world by any means available to her.

She has been both a student of the formal education system and a committed student of life. She received her bachelors degree in both Studio Art and Psychology . She received a Masters in Counseling degree(with an Art Therapy focus) in 2008. 

Her own desire to be the brightest version of herself has propelled her down a spiritual evolutionary road. She has studied under many different types of teachers; from a channeling coach to a shaman to an energy healer and a reiki master. All played important and significant roles in her great unfolding. She is an energy shifter, crystal healer, intuitive/medium and reiki practitioner. 
 She works in a co-creative process with you, the planet and all the beings who support this work. Based in respect, integrity and love for the whole planet and all who reside above, below and within, her business continues to grow and thrive. She studies and works with crystals, flowers and stones and their healing properties. Her mission has always been made clear to anyone who asks: "to be a clear conduit for the love and light of spirit" This mission requires that she continue to work on herself on all levels in order to be more effective in her work with others. She has always believed that if she has positively affected even one life,soul or heart than she will have completed her mission. 

She lives and loves in " her slice of heaven" in  New Mexico with her husband of ten years and her four animal companions.

To operate a successful, mindful business where humanitarian, spiritual and environmental principles are practiced and form the foundation for  the work that supports the whole planet, without exception. To honor, respect and support all life.  To always hold the welfare of my fellow travelers with the highest esteem and engage them with the greatest integrity. To understand what it means to be human, while still operating from my spiritual place of origin, completely connected to Source. To share the blessings of my life ,to support all life and to benefit humanity. To translate my values, beliefs, hopes and ideals into concrete action that serves us all. To live in gratitude every moment of everyday for the many blessings bestowed upon my business, my family and my life.
